Have you any pics of the painted bumper and have you got the fixings for it?

The picture is at the start of the thread it has been painted professionally and never fitted so as new condition. There is a fixing kit with it but it only contains a bracket and some screws it might be worth trying to find another kit, it was bought from transporter hq
