Sportscraft Seat (yet another swivel thread)

Hi All, just fitted my passenger side, leisure battery, swivel seat. If I slide the seat back, the seat cross bar the (part of mechanism that slides it back and forth) hits the central nut on the swivel. Has anyone else had this? Am I missing something or do I have to fit a spacer to give it clearance? Seems odd this hasn't been factored into the design, so worried I have fitted it wrong. Any advice from anyone? TIA

Single or a double?

My single went on perfectly fine

Will raising the seat a little clear the nut?

I think the nut is up as it's designed for use with a leisure battery.....don't really want to add spacers and make the seat higher, may be a return on the cards as I ordered the leisure battery version for future proofing (not fitted one yet)

This only happens on later VW transporter seats.
I think in T5 seats it's fine with nut on top. When T6 came out then then the issue started so they now offer nut on bottom.
