Starting issue

Exactly the same here. 2.0 TDI 150hp BVM6 from 2017, 142000km
It has been doing it randomly ( every other cold start or so ) for months now.
I had the battery replaced (which was not holding charge), but the problem persists.
And I have recently had warning light with glow plug cylinder 4 malfunction error code.
Trying to get glow plugs replaced, but unfortunately they appear to be stuck.
Living in south of France, warm climate, garage says it is doubtful glow plugs are linked to the starting issue.
I am searching for potential causes :
- Low fuel pressure / leaky hose / fuel pump pb - need to record some data to check..
- Parasitic battery drain / something preventing amps from being delivered to the starter motor..
- ...
But I am not a mechanic, so...
Have you any success finding the problem with yours ?
