Startline t6.1 aircon?

Hi im thinking about buying a 2021 startline… the owner says there is no aircon but has the ac button which lights up it also has air con on the dash computer? But he assured me theres no aircon? I've heard the come equipped for aircon but this is for the business pack? This suggests its an easy add on ?

Mine is a 2020 Startline with Business pack and has Aircon, but I've never seen AC come up on the display?!
 
The button is as the post above, under the tip of my finger.

Mine very much has AC. It blows so cold it's painful on the back of my hands if the vents are pointed that way, full on Baltic.

I've never noticed anything on the display or in the settings but I've never looked.

According to my brochure the Business Pack adds Aircon, cruise, rear parking sensors with emergency braking, front fogs, and 62% more sex appeal.
 
Just a thought - if there's any doubt you could simply pop the bonnet and eyeball the compressor, or absence thereof.

My 2021 with business pack didn’t have front fog lights fitted, I had them fitted by retro upgrades.

There is no compressor this is wat im saying it has the buttons and registered in the vans computer on the dash but no other air con components so im hoping i can add to it fairly easily
 
Mines a late 21 build, 22 MY, and has them. I have the 22 brochure, so from that it would seem 22 is the model year from which it became part of the business pack.
 
No front fogs on my Startline either, like John mine were fitted by Professional Retrofits in Nuneaton while having the Startline one piece bumper replaced by a Highline frontage, just to keep up with the in crowd!
 
I'm fortunate in being a Swamper man so the bumpers are fine for me. I wouldn't mind the door handles though, albeit that's a rabbit hole I probably won't disappear into.

Sadly I have forced all the guys in the shop to listen to a Carpenters playlist. Makes a change from the nasty music our guitar boys force us more refined piano folk to listen to. They want to meet the one called @Sasquatch for forcing them to listen to quality tunes... heathens...
 
If we ever get together at a weekender we'll have to bring some gear and show the young pups how real music is played.

If you were to join as a paid up member you could ask @Pauly for a buildsheet for your van, well worth £12.99 a year, you can buy and sell stuff on here too with the membership. Potentially the best value thing you can buy!
