Steering wheel controls not working

Have a T6, the steering wheel controls all work, apart from the volume up button, it worked when I got it all be it temperamental, it has now stopped completely. Worried about if I take it apart I may end up with an air bag in the face.

Anyone know of anyone local to Hereford that could take a look?

OEM everything else works apart from the volume up. And my OCD with the volume dial off centre is driving me mad
