How do I get the front and side instep out ? or is there something on the web site.

Assuming you mean the whole step, it’s held on with clips on the side and bottom - you just need to give it a good tug

Thats a vertical tug, it lifts straight up

B Pillar covers need to be off. Lift up vertically. Hidden clips holds in place. If old van then clips may snap. Good luck
