Stickers And Pressure Washer

I really want to get some sill stripes and a bonnet stripe for the van. A few places mention it using pressure washers. Is that the same for all? Genuine issue or cautious warning to stop people putting the washer on full power and blasting from an inch away?

The decals applied by Hillside to my van seems to be standing up well but, early on in ownership, I managed to trash the decals on my Fiamma by having the pressure washer set slightly too high - I still use my pressure washer but I’m now a bit more careful especially around the decals.

That's sort of what I was thinking, thanks. I think I'll try to find someone local (Hampshire) to make and fix them. Might be better long term than me doing it.
