Stuck glowplug

I had the engine management light go on a few weeks ago (2017 T6). Carista said it was an issue with the glow plugs. It's been to the garage and they attempted to change the plugs. They managed to do 3 of them, but one of them is stuck in. We did agree to leave it a couple of weeks and try again as it's back for an MOT anyway, but when I picked it up they said they'd replaced them all so I sucked up the cost (4hrs labour plus plugs). The light has since come back on, with the same issue. I've spoken to the garage who have now said they didn't infact replace the stuck plug. Am I right to question how much time they spent on this to not do the job fully as 4 hrs seems insane for replacing glow plugs? Concerned I'm about to get hit with another massive bill for getting the stuck one out.

Possibly nothing wrong with the glow plugs - looking at the wrong cause?

That is the trouble with monkeys that only read the computer and don't diagnose properly. It is the customer's money they are spending not their own so they chuck loads of new parts at it in the hope that they will fix it and the fault doesn't come back before the customer has got home.
