It just went ‘clonk’ and died pulling away on a busy island.
Do you mean highly recommended as the van is now back up and running?
Unusual for the pump to fail and not take something else with it, what was the diagnosis / damage?
I’ve been informed by Birmingham VW van centre that it’s a pump failure. Pump and filter change.
AA said the pump was OK.
