Switching off alarm

After a long wait (ordered in april) i will hopefully be picking up my DSG highline at the end of next week. As the dogs will be in it in their box all the time, is there a way of turning off the alarm but still locking the van with the buttons? cheers

There's a switch on drivers b pillar which you can press to disable internals
