SWIVEL SEAT HELP!!!!!

Can someone please take a look at my photo and advise me as to whether a swivel seat could be fitted as there seems to be a lip where the divide between the cab and the rear of the van used to be and I don’t know how I’d remove it.

You will need to remove with a grinder etc .
Not too bad to do , mostly spot weld if I remember.

Only the drivers seat. A double swivel is fitted to the floor and would need that lip removing

I just removed mine it was a bit of a pain but do able p, what swivel are you intending to fit I’ve been looking at the custom shop design swivel or the m craft slider

Yeah it is. There insulation under and ply screwed down then the vinyl is been laid on top using adhesive spray

Ohnot good to hear, I think the welds you need to grind off will be under the floor.

After doing it recently I think if you removed both front seats and bases and pulled the front flooring right back it might just be doable without lifting the floor in the back.
It’s only welded along the floor in about 4 or 5 places so while it’ll be more of a pain to do I think it’s possible.
