T28 Spring Upgrade

Hi All.
New to group and VW T6 SWB

I have searched but have a specific question.

If I want to upgrade a T28 to T30 spring on the rear of my van, do I also need to do the rear shocks ? And if I do the rear do I need to do the front also ?

This is to give us a slight uplift as mindful of payload when converted giving us circa 500kg.

I’m almost certain you can update the standard springs without changing the shocks. The spring length still matches the damper stroke.
There’s been plenty of posts where people update the rears to T32 springs to compensate for the weight of a conversion.
Speak to Steve at CRS and see if he has any T32 take-offs that he can supply to you at a reasonable price.
