Just a heads up, from my own experience of course, NOT to use this Business.

I tried to purchase an item via there website, the item never got delivered and was over due delivery by a number of days.
They didn't answer any of my emails or the telephone.

Wish I would have read the Google reviews and also the reviews on there Facebook page first.
They seem to have done the same thing to a lot of other people.

Also, they have now removed the Reviews section from there Facebook page, you can see where it used to be, on the Cached version of the website.
Dirty.

Still trying to get my money back.

Thanks for the “heads up” and I hope you get a successful outcome. Did you use a credit card for your purchase? You may have some protection under that

No, I used Google Pay.

I didn't realise, thought they were like Paypal, nice and safe, but Google Pay seems to offer no protection at all from what I can gather, they couldn't help me out anyway, so going through my bank.

It wasn't a huge amount, but its the principle more than anything.
 
How on earth do these cowboys get away with this lack of service/products? It's sickening, I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I had ripped someone off.

These idiots need shutting down, its theft in my book!
 
I'm sure it's theft in the eyes of the law. Its the scale of it (or lack of it to the system) that ever too often prevents justice being made!
Are they local enough to pop in for a chat?
 
Yes, just about, if all else fails.
More upset with Google Pay, no comeback or help whatsoever.

The cynic in me is strong..........
Have a look at the Ts&Cs for Paypal's Dispute Resolution process! You might change your view!
 
Never used Google Pay but I would've just assumed (given their major competitor) they have some kind of protection process. The back up PayPal offer is good in my experience. Call in if you're ever close by them, they'll find it hard to fob you off face to face.

We had the same. Paid in full on advance. Our rock and roll bed never got provided and some of the more basic stuff like control panels not supplied either. Pathetic excuses - brexit, availability of steel and Covid. Had to go to court to get him engaged. Avoid this guy - he’s a nightmare to deal with and can’t tell the truth to save his life.

Do not use this business - broken promises, missing parts, aggressive and rude. Lies fall out of Stephen Hullock's mouth all too easily. Had to go to court to get a refund for non delivered items. Trust your instinct as I should have - total nightmare. Plenty of others out there doing a better a honest job.

UPDATE - compulsory strike off petition in Dec 23 - they can't even get their pathetic accounts in on time. Too busy making excuses for where your stuff has gone. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
