T5 to T6.1 facelift parts list help?

Hello all so im getting organised to do a t5 to t6.1 facelift camper build and looking some advice I am aware there are full kits available out there to purchase but they are ridiculously priced in my opinion and i have been able to source a few bits already but im still unsure about a few bits.

so my understanding the parts required
bumper/ grill t6.1
headlights t6.1 I know you can buy connectors for the lights but can they be repinned instead if so does anyone have a diagram for this
wings t6.1
bonnet - does the t6 and t6.1 have the same bonnet?
