T6.1 electric sliding door sometimes doesn’t pull in the last bit at the rear

My T6.1 Caravelle which is not yet 3 years old….

Sometimes when the electric side door closes, the last bit where it pulls the back in fails and it stays sticking out a touch.

Any ideas please?

I watched it shut before, it slid shut then as it was fully shut it tried to pull the rear in and didn’t. The it automatically tried again and it did close properly.

Get it fixed under warranty.

Yes that will be happening when I can get the time to go. Just wondering if someone knew the issue?

Got exact same issue with my rear tailgate

Needs a new striker plate just hag mine done last week under warranty
