T6.1 front styling options

I’m taking delivery of my new T6.1 shortly, anyone know who may be producing a new front spoiler for the T6.1 ? The existing rear spoilers for the T6 will still fit but will need a new front spoiler. I’m not that keen on the new front to be honest but it drives amazingly with the new electro mechanical steering - drives better than my Audi A5 !!!

I was thinking of installing a pop top but I suspect that’s going to have to wait a while until SCA, Reimo etc design a new one due to the “large” new comms carbuncle on the front of the roof !!!!

i think you may have to wait a while for the extra styling bits and bobs, the T6.1 is just too new atm.

The official Sportline version is normally held back for the first 12mnths of of the new model run.

This is the best/only one I’ve seen so far. Looks great in my opinion.

Gloss from end, lowered, big wheels and lip.

We have 6.1’s on our rental fleet already, but our demo arrives in March so hopefully there will be a few designs out by then

Nope, I cannot see the difference. What have they actually modified? Other than the wheels.

The lower grill looks different to me. Might just be a combination of the paint, wheels and pose. Put it this way, it's the first time I've looked at a 6.1 from the front and liked it!

I had an interesting conversation with one of the development feedback managers at VW the other day. He is a mate of mine and part of a 5 person panel that work for different dealerships in the UK. They've been put together to feedback opinions from the public on commercial developments, and as part of this they are privy to certain information that is kept under wraps. One of the things he did tell me, that I can divulge publicly is the new Sportline is due out in the next few weeks, although that isn't a secret, but he did mention they have a brand new line of wheel selection and more interestingly, a new revised front bumper that will only be available with a Sportline and not available to buy separate. He said it looks totally different to the current Highline bumper, and they've incorporated a very low Splitter as part of the bumper, which is not a bolt on part. He said it looks awesome and totally transforms the front of the 6.1

I was initially against the styling of the 6.1, but like most new things, it is really starting to grow on me. The ABT upgrades looks great, although IMO, just like their last variants, that rear spoiler is too much.

The news of the impending Sportline has me intrigued, can’t wait!

Had a scan through the accessories place i have access too and nothing much showing yet other than the T6 carry over parts (spoilers & 18 inch sportline wheels) and a set of 20 inch tridents that have already been around
