I recently had the driver's door outer window seal replaced under warranty as it had a gap. I questioned the passenger side and was told it was fine, though after recent rain it's clearly letting a lot of water through where the angle changes near the front of the window. A friend mentioned that the doors outers are designed to allow water to pass through to the drain holes, but surely that's a 'just in case' rather than all the time? The drivers door also had water coming out of the drain hole at the time these pictures were taken.
Do I have a problem or is this just how they are?
