T6.1 Headunit removal: Urgent assistance required

I’ve started the installation under seat subwoofer in my California however I’ve got to the point after dismantling most of the dashboard. I can’t see how to remove this head unit as in picture apparently there’s some release mechanism but I can’t see where it is.

T6.1 headunit removal tips?

Does anyone have experience removing the standard T6.1 headunit? I've tried removing the instrument cluster trim and the amount of force I'm applying and some of the clips not moving has now led to me losing my bottle and giving up! Are there any magic words of wisdom and techniques necessary...
