I believe the BCM will log a fault code if the vans electronics draw more than 50mA when fully asleep (modern vehicles never truly turn "off")
So taking that figure as worst case that's 1.2 Ah a day.
Assuming a 75Ah battery at 80% (due to start stop style charging) and "low battery" being the advised 50% limit that means you have (75 x 0.8) - 37.5 = 22.5 Ah of drain to reach that 50%
22.5 / 1.2 is just under 19 days
Now in the real world your idle drain is likely to be a lot better, and you may well have the larger battery... but in general if you're regularly leave a 6.1 for more than a fortnight you might need to have a maintenance charger on it.
A really important thing to remember is that any USB adapters in 12v sockets (or hardwired) will draw about the same amount of power even with nothing plugged in - so always ensure any are unplugged or turned off if leaving the van for anything more than overnight.
