T6.1 Manual Sliding door clicking when closing [Resolved]

Hi guys, new member here. Just picked up my brand new T6,1 in starlight blue. The passenger side sliding door makes a really audible clicking/clunking sound when closing. It is fine when opening. It is like it has stop points all the way along and doesn’t matter if i close it fast or slow, it just clicks all the way but is very loud and doesn’t sound at all right. The drivers side sliding door doesn’t do it at all and is perfectly smooth.

I can’t see anything obvious that is making the noise and cant find anything similar in previous threads and wanted to check if there is anything obvious i can do before taking too local dealer under warranty.

Looks like there is something stuck on the white roller in the video......might be a small stone etc?
Get down level with it and roll it slowly.....that looks like an easy fix

Oh wow! Well spotted, problem solved. It wasn’t even a stone but some kind of sticky residue. Rubbed off and now have a perfectly smooth door. Can’t believe what a racket it was making
