My understanding is the standard radio system (composition colour I think it's called) doesn't actually allow you to install the logos.Hi all, I am having issues installing station logos on my new T6.1 highline as there is no station logo option listed in the settings menu. Any ideas?
Thanks
I’m beginning to think the same(shame on Vw).My understanding is the standard radio system (composition colour I think it's called) doesn't actually allow you to install the logos.
Looks good that wayView attachment 76377
this is the only way, I’ve found. I’ve got the bbc sounds app. Then run through app connect. You’ll smash through the data though
Looks like it
Yes, it’s not possible on the standard media unitDid anyone ever get a resolution to this. My DAB stations button are all blank and van is 1 day old?
That update definitely doesn't update the logos! Move on from DAB radio, do you have a Spotify account? Or there is BBC sounds appJust collected my T6.1 with standard headunit fitted. Just came across this thread - cannot believe in such a new van there is no menu button to allow station logos. Why!??!
I have the van booked in to get the software update (From 0740 to 0743) in a few weeks to solve the Android Auto apps sound issue...I don't suppose this software update brings this station logo menu option up (Wishful thinking?!)

P.s. welcome to the forum!
Radioplayer is another good radio app that works well on carplay
We shouldn't have to be going down the route of using data draining apps just to get station logos..I knew I was being overly optimistic. Yes indeed - many thanks for the welcome…just realised that was my first post!
Excellent - will try Radioplayer out. Looks good.
