We are having a new LWB van built, which we expect to be ready in June / July. If current van doesn’t sell privately it will be resold by our original conversion company, so I thought I’d post it here first anyway. We have a trip planned at end of May but after that could let it go.
The conversion was done by Coast2coast campers in the midlands. Lovely people and did a great job that we’ve been happy with, but just want the extra space and a higher spec for the next one. Check out their google reviews. It’s their “Brierywood” spec, which has a larger 130 Rib bed. We’ve added a ton of upgrades including:
- Solar
- Towtrust Towbar
- lithium leisure battery
- CRS tuned suspension
- Veeman wheels
- Signature audio with JL audio sub, audisson amp, gladen speakers
- Leighton chin and splitter
- Trapezoid bars
- gloss black painted grills and plastics and a few badge options depending on your preference!
- brembo front brakes
- painted rear brakes
- Professionally ceramic coated in a 9 yr ceramic. The same guy valets her once a month so paintwork is still top notch.
- OEM reversing camera
- Ghost immobiliser
Van itself is a 2021 with Discovery media pro, led lights, adaptive cruise and all the usual highline spec. Only 27k miles but that will change (not a lot). Full vw service history last one fairly recently.
Coast2coast have said they will resell it on our behalf for 49995, so that’s the asking price, but if it ends up back with them it’ll have some of the above removed or replaced (probably audio, brakes and wheels) to fit in new van or sell). If it goes to someone on here then am happy to leave as is if the price is right.
