T6.1 traffic sign recognition retrofit?

T6.1 uses Front Assist camera MFK3.0 [2Q0980653B] which supports Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR or VZE), however the coding process is different to earlier 3Q0 / MFK2.0 as it is now a SWaP.
It's available for T6.1 from factory in supported countries as optional extra PR-QR9, however I'm not sure if a genuine retrofit part number is available?
For example some Audi models use the same camera and have available part "Activation document for traffic sign recognition" [8W0054800B] which can be purchased (for 99-400 GBP) and used to generate the FeC codes in ODIS. I'm not sure if that same part would work or alternative is available for T6.1. @Pauly ?
The alternative is to "obtain" a FeC code (using your VCRN/VCN), however I'm yet to find a trustworthy source?
Others have successfully retrofitted MFK3.0 with VZE after somehow obtaining the FeC:

The available FeC codes for MQB_MFK3.0 2Q0980653 are:
pACC which apparently relies on VZE can then be coded with a SWaP generator and the rest of the coding's & parametrics such as TJA are all currently available:
