I’m looking at a 2 week French road trip and on a big drive to wales my van is showing some niggles.
When attempting a hard acceleration up a hill the glow plug started flashing and I lost power. Restarted back and all seemed ok.
Read the codes:
(Not concerned about the adblue related scr nox).
I’ve been driving it and it’s not happened again but I feel a slight juddering when I’m feathering the throttle, esp in 6th.
Checking the codes again and a different code is up:
15916: cylinder 1 glow plug circuit.
I’m away from home so pita to get can looked at - is this likely anything obvious?
Bit concerned it could strand me in France!
