Hello all, I have a 2017 T6 California Ocean and have been battling with the aircon for some time. I would love to get it fixed. The problem started with the AC apparently not giving cool air.
I started by having it re-gassed but that did not solve the problem, but after further investigation and looking for fault codes, I noted that the rear zone is working OK, but not in the front. This indicates that everything is fine on the cooling front, but that there is a routing / flaps problem with getting the cold air to the front vents. I've tried re-setting the flaps multiple times by holding down the AC and front vent buttons but that doesn't do it. There are no relevant fault codes.
I do have an OBDEleven device so should be able to do some detailed diagnostics of flap angles if there is anyone out there that knows what they should be?
