T6 caravelle pleather seat repair or replacement

Hi. Just purchased a t6 caravelle with the standard OEM white vinyl/pleather seats. They are black to the rear and sides. Is it possible to get OEM replacement covers as the drivers seat has cracked and frayed? Thanks

Hi and welcome to the T6 Forum. I believe that it is possible to by OEM seat replacement covers but may be expensive so I have heard what ever that is. There are an amazing number of very skilled and expert people on this forum who can do and have knowledge of everything though the impossible may take a few moments longer.

Thanks. Will see what the main dealer says. Looks to be relatively straightforward to change, but don’t think economics quite work to do the rest (which are in great condition)

Not suggesting you get all seats done - you can get just get them to repair the driver's seat (or, worst case scenario, get them to fully re-upholster the driver's seat in the current style).
