T6 Conversion: Seats and insulation questions

Hi Guys

Please forgive the newbie questions I just need a little (or a lot of) guidance with my new van

So I've just got my 69 plate T6.1 T28 Highline, Now Im not looking to convert to a camper as yet, although I may in the future. What I do need is more seats to accommodate family and dog, so my plans are :-

• Remove panel boards internally
• Fit rubber flooring
• Fit extra seats
• Fit windows in both sides of rear (Not full length)
• Then before I reboard insulate THEN reboard
• Then carpet ceiling and sides

But my questions are please. Im looking at these seats BUT can they be installed in the opposite order with the bench seats against the non opening side and the single seat near the sliding door or do they have to go in this config ?

Re the insulation I was thinking the bubble foil insulated roll before I reboard it, unless you have any other recommendations please?

Hi @Mojin, welcome to the forum.

Your post will get more traction if you amend the title to something more specific to your queries. Generic "Help/advice/answers needed" threads often get overlooked by those skimming the forum during a coffee break, etc.

Also, the search function (righthand icon on the toolbar) is your friend, as there's lots of info already on the forum on these topics.

Regarding your first question about seat configuration yes is the answer if you was to have an original kombi from factory with a 2 plus 1 it would have the double behind the drivers seat and single near the sliding door as it does on mine
