T6 - Dipped beam not working, main beam working w/ Error on dash

Evening, have an odd problem. I have an error light on the dash indicating a headlight fault, dipped beam isnt working but main beam is on the one side, swapped the bulb between the light that is and isnt working and it works fine in the other.

Are there seperate fuses for high and low beam and does anyone know where they are so that i can check please? Had a look at the fuse map's listed on the forum to no avail, i'm no mechanic so may have miss-interpreted them.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Just had a quick look at the circuit diagram and single fuse SC9 feeds the dip/flash lever and links back to the onboard supply unit. So if one dip lamp works it's not that fuse.. (will keep reading)

Sc3 sc5 sc12 sc41 are the 4 supply fuses, Its not clear from the diagram which is which as they all feed the control unit.

Sc8 feeds the light switch.

Hi Mark. Did you find out what caused the fault? I have a 2016 Multivan with a very similar issue. Lighting fault indicator on dash, right hand low beam not working and left hand hi beam not working. Replaced all four H7 globes and confirmed no blown globe. Can’t find a fuse blown either so think it may be a canbus system fault? Would appreciate any advice. Cheers

Did you have any luck with this? My Shuttle has the same problem!

Hi, I'm new to this forum but may be able to help with these headlight issues. I have a 2018 t6 which developed a problem where only one high beam was working. I checked all bulbs, fuses etc all OK. I sorted it by doing the following.
Disconnect battery terminals and touch them together to remove any residual current in the vehicle electrics. Wait for 30 minutes and reconnect. I think that my problem was caused by an error in the cantus system and thankfully this sorted it. Hope it works for you.
