T6 drivers door close / lock

Hi I’m a newbie to this page so looking for some help please.

I have a 2018 T6, my drivers side door when trying to close just bounces back, I.e won’t close, I’ve tried holding it closed and using the key fob to lock, all other doors lock apart from the drivers side.

Also tried sitting in the van and pushing the little nob thing down but won’t budge.

Get the feeling I need to replace the lock,

Any ideas?

Also if I need to replace what would the code be as eBay is awash with loads of options

When you hold it closed does it sit normally against the van i.e. All seals compressed as normal?

Probably a stupid question but what does the mechanism look like then the door is open normally. Pic of mine

Hi, yes it did sit flush and after much playing around manually moving the inner lock mechanism it did close, which is good for today and I’m going to re-look tomorrow.. if the same issue I’ll share a pic.. thankyou for your help

unfortunately it’s still an issue after my initial rwsolve its back and no matter how much I play around it’s still the same, pull the door handle changes nothing as does pushing the door closed and trying the fob..if I need to change the lock, I need to know the part code and the biggy, how easy/hard is it to change
