T6 interior light bulb swap?

Struggling to remove the two smaller bulbs in the cab unit - clear plastic cover removed and main bulb already changed, but cannot get my fingers to grip the smaller ones either side! Had my 11 year old try but same prob even with his smaller fingers!

anyone know how to get these out? The rest of the trim doesn’t seem too keen to pop out and I dont want to force it!

never did it before but the inner cover must pop out, in your first picture it looks like the insert might come off, try a plastic trim tool

Thanks. Already tried a trim tool and felt like the trim was going to snap before it popped so i stopped...
