T6. Is the drivers seat classed as a 'captains' chair?

I'm looking to install this sub under the captains hair: Kenwood Subwoofer 250W - VW T6 Captains Chair 1 1 - Vanstyle

Just wondering if by default the supplied seat is a captains chair (arm rests both sides).
