You’ll need to change the plugs and possibly turn off the bulb error but other than that yes.

Should just be a plug swap to go from standard halogen rear lights to LED version
If it helps the sale i can supply the plugs and instructions to swap them over

They do yes but you’ll need to run some extra wiring which I can help you with.
