I have a PDF version, now someone was after it and I said to remind me when I cam back from holiday. Its big so I'll upload it in the morning and send you a pm with the link..

I have a smaller sized version of a manual <20mb but the page breaks are wrong and the book pages span across the pdf pages but may be easier for downloads ?

Have just sent you a download link for the manual
Its not the best version as the text/pictures span onto the next page in places but all the info is there, its a bit of a stop gap until we get a better version sorted
