T6 Price Increases

I had an email from Danbury earlier today suggesting that VW UK are putting prices up with effect from 1st December and that the impact could be up to £3000 on your "Dream Campervan" - sounds like one heck of an increase if true.

Either way, if anyone is on the verge of ordering a new T6 it might be prudent to have another look this weekend!

I was at the dealership on Wednesday ,and saw my sale's man .He told me about the 3% increase .
Quite glad mine has arrived now .

If its 3% then I would say its acceptable to account for inflation, £ to euro, etc.. I wonder how Danbury got this to, up to, £3000 increase? A fully loaded camper with all conceivable extras would max out at around £55-£60k so, even if applying the uplift to the base vehicle, extras and everything else in the conversion, the increase would be less than £2k ??

I worked out on my high spec kombi it would have been about £900 more with the increase .
I don't knew how danbys have got that figure ,surely they start with a pannel van with a few extras .

Seems like marketing speak, the key words being 'could be up to' ....

It could be vw uping the price so they can offer a bigger discount to match other manufacturers. It always good to get a big discount
