T6 Reverse Issue - gearbox?

Anyone encountered an issue out the van into reverse? Seems to be more of an issue when cold.

It won't go into reverse.. it's a real struggle. Gone back to VW but they are saying not an issue?

Not an issue?! That's flipping ridiculous! They are chancers. I'd be on to VW customer service.
