T6 Rock and Roll Bed Seat Belt

I have just got my T6 and i notice that one of the rear belts is not retracting and there is a bit of plastic that is around the belt that is going up and down inside the bed space, it has somehow got stuck in the wind wheel now and not sure how to sort any suggestions?

I had exactly the same problem. You need a willing assistant to gently pull and release the seatbelt inertia whilst you (from the back under the bed) keep the belt aligned as it is pulled out as far as it will go. When you get to the offending article it’s some kind of guide that I cut off as the other one was working fine without it

Sorry, struggling to see the bit of plastic. Is it inside the reel ?
If so, you are going to have to get in there, unroll the belt, and get it out.
