T6 Roof Rail Height

That really depends what the height from floor to roof of your van is now. If we know that we might be able to help.

Many differ in height due to weight of load, suspension set up and wheels/tyres etc.

What @ChrisR said, but, mine is just over 2m with the OEM 17" Cascavels and standard Caravelle suspension, when empty.

Hello all
Does it say which wheels are used in the VW weights and measures book?
I think I will knock up a measuring bar (goal post style) then get the misses to drive under it, so it will be her fault is she hits the roof/bars.

I stuck a length of timber, on the rails, measured the height, and I was under 2m. Mine is a T28 with 17in Devonports. Different suspension/wheels might make a difference, it’s worth measuring, to be on the safe side
