T6 with misfire - can anyone help please?

Please can anyone advise. I have a 2018 T6 transporter that has done just under 100,000 miles.
It has a slight misfire on cylinder one.
This is after it has already had the DPF and EGR mapped out, all the injectors tested twice and cleared as okay, and the cylinder head taken off and de coked. The valve on cylinder one was sticking so that’s been decoked and tested as fine.

While it’s been in the garage it’s developed a crank shaft oil seal leak which wasn’t there when it went in.

I really am at my wits end, the current mechanic I’m using is coming across as clueless tbh All help would be appreciated

If I had a sticking valve I would have replaced it rather than just decoke, it could be a bent valve stem. It should have been checked as a matter of course I would have thought.

I thought no to need to find a new garage.

Any VW indys about in your location?
