Table/sliding door issues

Hi does or has anyone have/had issue were the folding tables that fit onto rail when i have it stored in the sliding door inlay which has been made for this, when i now open side sliding door the table makes contact with rear wheel arch and will most definitely start damaging paint.
It only fits in one way and i just wondered if anyone has experienced this and what resolution they found other than storing it elsewhere where storage is already at a premium. TIAIMG_2878.png

Hi, where did you purchase the door panel as I'm looking for something similar. I've seen the loc8 option which is a "normal" standing table but keen to keep the normal standard table which comes the kitchen set up
Thanks
