My Kombi has undergone some mods over the last 6 months or so, with the main objective being to improve its appearance. Now I generally just potter around and have never really pushed my Van, but some spotty tow rag in a focus ST felt the urge to sit 3 ft from my rear bumper down the A24. So I knew there were a complex of bends coming up and I thought I'd find out if he really had the minerals.
Net result, after the third bend I couldn't see a focus in my rear view mirror anymore and his face was a picture at the set of lights when he finally caught me up.
This was the first time I stretched my van and I was really impressed with the handling, so composed and compliant.
Friend and I decided to do a short YouTube video about it, so if you have a spare 5 mins...see what you think?
