THQ LED headlight adjustment?

Hi Guys,

Thanks for all your help so far! I’ve fitted the THQ led headlights, with their upgraded bulbs too. However they need adjusting as people keep flashing me, asked local garage said he didn’t know how too? Can some one explain, possible with a diagram or something?

There are 2 adjusters on the back. One for height and one for left/right
