Hi, I've just installed these v3 drl headlights (I think they are THQ? Got them off Ebay for a great price of £210.99 delivered (used without bulbs and missing a fixing point and location pins on one light)
I fitted them without issues and did a fix for the missing fixing point. I've installed Osram nightbreaker H1 and H7 bulbs.
I've now realised after reading some posts on here, these are the discontinued version with the white diffuser on the drl (new version has clear) but they seam bright enough to me and hopefully I have no issues.
Right... my actual question
When I turn the switch to sidelights, nothing happens. Is this because the drl's are the sidelights now vs the standard headlights?
The drl's come on with the key inserted.
Everything seems to work OK. I'm aware the dipped lights don't stay on when you turn on the main beams. I think this needs to be coded.
