Had this last night and doesn't seem to be clearing (sometimes immobiliser gives ECU a lobotomy and all sorts of codes come up).
This is a 2019 VW T6 150bhp 4motion Startline Camper.
16404 – Throttle Actuator Control System - Stuck Open

Are there any checks I can do to confirm what's wrong?
Based on experience what's it likely to be and how difficult for a reasonable person to fix?
