Hi hoping someone can help. I've just bought the Thule 753 foot pack with the 135 Wingbar Evo bars. For the life of me I can't get the covers that have the locks in them to fit on the feet once the bars are in place. I've fitted the feet on the holes furthest forward (towards the front of the van). Is it possible I may have overtightened the screws? How tight should they be? I've seen pictures on here of other people's vans with this foot pack and bars but I just can't get them to fit. Any help much appreciated.

Maybe worth trying to fit to the rear and see if they fit. I have had them on the two rear most with no problems, and not sure why you would fit them so far forward...
