Too low for wheel alignment

Hi
A mate with a T6.1 running 21” wheels and lowered is shredding inner front drivers side tyre but the wheel alignment place said they can’t fit their equipment on to the wheels because it’s too low.
Anyone else experienced this problem and what was the solution.

A lot of folks recommend doing a Hunter Wheel Alignment - do you know what equipment your place is using?

I’ve just had mine done at Boggnor with Hunter. He didn’t know what they were using on his but I think most of them some clearance I’m assuming to attach equipment
