Touch screen and air circulation button not working.

I've been experiencing issues with the right hand side of the touch screen for a while where I cant select anything, now the button that stops air coming in from outside has stopped working as has the air direction knob.

Please can someone point me in the right direction for a fix?

My head unit crashed once and that button stopped with it....came back to life about an hour later.
Not done again like that since, and no idea why it happened

OEM Headunit Problems [Merge]

Today the discover media system rebooted 3 or 4 times within about 20 mins of driving. At the time the nav was displaying and sd card music playing. Thought it might have been a corrupt music file but I couldn't repeat the problem so ruled that out and It hasn't done it again?? Anyone...
