I recently had my digitizer replaced by a company in surbiton. They were very good and I am now going to have them fix another unrelated problem.You can send them your head unit and they will fix it for you. I did a mates recently and it was pretty straight forward........i'd happily fix yours but South Wales is a bit of a trek for you.

If you’re half way competent, you can DIY for around £40, this includes the screen/trim tools to remove the head unit/torx drivers. All available on amazon. Plenty of YouTube videos, takes around 1-2hrs & a couple of brews.
