Tow bar motorbike carrier

Hi guys,

Was hoping I could ask for some advice please. My parents have just purchased a T6 Transporter that they are converting to a camper.

I am looking to get a motorbike tow bar carrier fitted, so that I don't have to actually tow a trailer, the bike just fits on the back of the van via the tow bar carrier.

We have been told today that the van can fit 100kg on the back but the bike and carrier will be 120kg.

Does anyone know if the 100kg is correct?

Anyone currently have a similar set up with their van and they transport a bike?

When I bought my T6 LWB last year I had the same intentions.
However I had mine fitted with the removable tow bar which is completely unsuitable.
I think you can get a heavy duty tow bar option but it will come down to weight.
Sorry I cant answer the weight limit but my LWB sits low at the rear due to the conversion already.
I have had to look at the trailer option.
