Towbar wiring

Hi,
I have a towbar wiring questions, The three wires that connect into the fuse holder under the passenger seat are they permanent lives ?

Just another question, I am looking at the BCM module and it is really tight up under the dashboard below the light switch. Am I missing a trick or is it just tight ???

Yes, it is tight but doable.
