Transporter Wing Mirror Spring Assembly

Hi

Can anyone tell me if the spring assembly for fitting the wing mirror (Transporter) can be sourced online separately or will I need to go direct to dealer.
I have ordered the bearing bracket that fits into the mirror unit but am 'missing' the spring assembly part

Have you tried a google of the part number? I can't quite read it in your first photo

Hi Loz,

I have but not coming up with much... getting all other parts for the mirror except the above. If I have to order original so be it just thought I would ask quickly first..

You can't get them from VW when I last checked. I brought a new centre alloy bit from ebay for a few quid.
